Experience Details
This experience will include learning about:
- where your food come from
- how your food is grown
- what problems farmers face eg. climate change
- life on a farm
- get to know a farmer
- be one with nature
- survival skills
- how growing skills could translate to home food growing which impacts the environment
- make your own medicine
What to Bring
- Suitable shoes for walking/or boots in case we get rain
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Wear layers as it will be hot in the greenhouse and cool in the field
- Rain jacket/poncho
